Simone Abbarchi makes shirts in Florence to individual measurements at prices well below the Neapolitan and London houses. The service is closer to a very good made-to-measure than to full bespoke, which the maker does not obscure, and it travels widely.
Where the line is

Turnaround is a few weeks and the price is a fraction of Neapolitan or London bespoke.
